student: Betty Carter Identified by Bob Whitside Confirmed 13 Sep 2004 by Shirley Ross and Joyce Mallard Confirmed 8 Jul 2006 by Betty's granddaughter Stacey Wagner From Stacey: I am the youngest grandchild of Betty Carter. She married Douglas Wagner. She died 16 Mar 1990. I was only 1 year old when she died. She had three kids: Wesley, Patricia, and James Wagner. She was grandmother to Shawn, Chesley and myself. She was mother-in-law to Kelly and Sam. I never got to meet her but my father James and my mother Kelly say she was a wonderful woman who loved her kids, her in-laws, and her grandchildren more then anything. She was a sewer, an excellent baker. She was a wonderful lady. From
